A report issued by an expert witness in a lawsuit or during its preparation, which constitutes one of the means of evidence recognized by the law. It may be requested by one of the parties or the judge, and its content should not be taken as the irrefutable proof of a fact but as the opinion of a professional, so the judge may consider it non-binding.
